Only ten more days

Well, I'm now officially done at Aunt Kim's. I spent 10 nights there. Which is actually really weird, because I thought I'd be there a month. But I got in Illinois the 25th, stayed at Aunt Nancy's until the 28th, then stayed at Anna's until the 30th, and stayed at Aunt Kim's until the 9th. Now I'm at Anna's again until the 15th or 16th. So when mom gets here I'll be staying back at Aunt Nancy's until we leave on the 20th or 21st. So when Thursday comes around it'll only be a week until I'm home! Then I'll get to see everyone else at church on the 24th.

I feel like it has gone by really fast. Thankfully.

But, I've had an amazing time so far. And I already miss Meghan, but I'll be able to see her one more time before I leave.

Last week we spent a lot of time in waiting rooms. Which means, a lot of pictures.

Our last night together we took quite a few pictures and videos...

We also played our last few games of the memory card game...

I have a drawing I did of a teddy bear, and pictures from the movies on her wall to remind her of me.

She also gave me a little Hello Kitty key chain, she said "So you won't forget about me."

She had her dance recital last Saturday, and I got to do her hair. Not the best I could have done.. But I guess it looked okay.

I don't have any pictures or videos of or at the recital because pictures and videos weren't allowed...

She wanted popcorn, so she got popcorn.

After the recital and going out to eat, we went and saw the progress on their new house.

It is a VERY nice neighborhood. They also have a police neighbor.

I got two more cards in the mail. The first one I got had a weird piece of confetti paper in it..  Which mom said it was supposed to be funny...

And the third one I got had a Cariboo card in it.  So... either it was just supposed to be random and funny, or I'm supposed to figure out some kind or riddle. If I'm supposed to figure out a riddle, I'm having a hard time figuring it out...

I can't wait to be home. When I first thought about being here for a month, I only thought about how much fun it would be. I never thought about the fact that I would be away from my family for a month. But I'll be home soon, and that's all that matters.

Just Stuff

Time has been flying by. I feel like I just got here, yet I've been here for almost 2 weeks already. It's crazy.

This week Meghan and I went to the pool, and the park. Which are basically the only times I've been outside. Which means I probably won't be coming home looking very tan, like I'd think Lori probably did when she got home. And the same goes for Julie.

I was thinking about the blog yesterday. And I couldn't figure out if it's supposed to be more for pictures, or more of me just talking.

Because I don't really ever know what to say on here.

So, I'll try to do a mixture of both. Although. there will probably be more pictures than words.

Me and Megs did some crafts.

One of the few pictures I have of us that she didn't blink .

Uncle Scott, Aunt Barb, Nate, Anna, and Abby came and picked me and Meghan up and took us to Panera for dinner. On the way back, we played with the effects on my camera a little.

           Meghan is adorable.

The other night we were playing the memory card game (of course), and I told her that she's like a teenage girl.

On cue, she stood up, went over and stood in front of the fan, and made this pose.

Hilarious.

We do a LOT of coloring. But I don't mind at all. Out of all the things we do, coloring is my favorite.

We were sitting on her bed last night. I was on my laptop, she was on Kim's iPad watching one of her shows.

I look over and I see this.

Yesterday Mike told me I got a card in the mail from my dad, I was confused.

Thank you for this lovely card :)

Meghan is very photogenic. Besides the fact that if the camera flashes, she has to blink.

           What a cutie.

Ian is home! Last night was his first night here. He cried a lot, but I'm pretty sure I slept through most of it.

I wasn't sure how well a video would look on here, so I thought I would try it out. My new camera has a lot of different effects, but this is one of my favorites. It was on the way to Illinois in the car. I've watched this a pretty good amount of times and it still makes me laugh.

Friday Night Lights

Ian Michael

Today, me and Meghan went to see Ian. He's precious. I didn't exactly get a great picture of him, but I'll have more chances to.

Meghan was excited to see him, but was also very excited about her Big Sister gift from Ian. Which you can see in the bottom left of the picture below.

He is completely adorable, and it made me even more excited about Nora and River.

Also, I feel like a photographer with my new camera.

Illinois

I've had a GREAT time so far. Got here Friday night, stayed at Aunt Nancy's until Monday, then spent two nights at Aunt Barb's house, and yesterday we met Aunt Kim for lunch and she brought me to her house. With a couple stops on the way. One stop included:

Jessica, I now know why you love it so much.

Yesterday me and Meghan did many different things, but the one thing we did the most, was play this game.

Meghan LOVES it. We played it about 15 times, and she won most of them. Also, she has informed me that we're going to play it when she gets home today.

This morning I had one of the best smoothies I've ever made, even though I didn't have everything I usually have, it was amazing.

I'm really glad I'm able to eat healthy here. I've got spinach, banana's, apples, raisins, organic peanut butter, honey, and oatmeal. All I really need. Aunt Kim even has a huge bag of Chia seeds she bought a while ago and never opened. Even a bag of Quinoa.

Now I have about 5 hours of alone time until Meghan gets home. I guess I'll have some bonding time with this girl.

I miss everyone so much!! I'll be home sooner than you think.
